Meet Our Team

Vanessa MacDonna, M.S. Ed., is the founder and CEO of VMNY Consulting Group LLC. She specializes in inclusive practices and differentiated instruction across content areas for English Language Learners. Through her leadership advisory services, she guides school administrators and ENL departments in building systems that improve student outcomes.
A native New Yorker, Ms. MacDonna has been a teacher and district leader for 23 years across all boroughs of NYC.

Vitaliya is a multilingual ENL educator and leader with over 17 years of experience supporting culturally and linguistically diverse students and families across Ukraine and the United States. She began her career as Head of the ENL Department at Khust Public School #3 in Ukraine, where she supervised 13 teachers, developed dual-language curricula, and supported more than 900 students from Hungarian, Romanian, and Roma backgrounds, achieving a zero dropout rate.
After immigrating to the U.S., Vitaliya served as ENL Coordinator at Blueprint Middle School in the Bronx, leading a department of five teachers and 130 students representing over 20 languages.
